Tickets and wristbands
Wristbands are personal. Only an intact wristband attached to the customer's wrist will be accepted. The wristband will activate as a day-long wristband when the customer gets on the first ride. When using ride tickets, one ticket per customer is used per ride. Ride tickets and wristbands can be purchased from Linnanmäki's ticket sales desks, kiosks and cafés. Wristbands can be purchased in advance from the Linnanmäki online store, S-Group Prisma stores and Sokos stores.
The First Aid point is manned on all days when the park is open. In case of an emergency, turn to the Linnanmäki staff. First Aid point is situated next to Ukko, close to Valvomo.
The Info desk is on Jubilee Square. It helps you with lost and found items, missing person calls, feedback forms, mobile telephone charging, train schedules as well as Helsinki hotel and event information.
Our park area contains two childcare rooms equipped with a changing table, potty and microwave. The exact locations of childcare rooms can be found on our map. It is possible to hire a pushchair for a day for a small deposit. Pushchairs can be found near both entrance gates. Nappies can be bought from Putiikki.
Smoking and drinking
Smoking is forbidden in all restaurants and other indoor facilities within the amusement park, as well as in the Kids' Hill area and arcade areas. For all visitors' convenience, Linnanmäki kindly asks smokers to limit smoking to the designated areas. It is forbidden to bring your own alcoholic beverages to the amusement park area.
Ride safety restrictions
The height-based safety restrictions are set by the ride manufacturers and confirmed by the respective authorities. On some rides, children need to be accompanied by an adult who also needs to have a ticket or wristband if the child is over 100 cm. Due to safety bars, tall or large people may not be able to enter some rides. Most of the rides are suitable for people with physical disabilities. Our customers' height is measured at least when entering a ride. We recommend that little park visitors get a stamp as proof of their height (under 100 cm, 100 cm, 120 cm, 130 cm, 140 cm) from the ticket office. The stamp shows Linnanmäki staff the height of the customer, so that they do not need to be re-measured at every attraction. This makes it faster to get on board! The height is measured with shoes on. Instructions given by the staff should be followed at all times on rides. It is not permitted to get on rides without a shirt or shoes. It is not permitted to bring food or drink onto rides.
We accept cash, bank card or Visa, Visa Electron, Diners, Eurocard, MasterCard and American Express. Taxation legislation has restricted the use of culture, exercise and recreational vouchers, and these cannot be used in amusement parks. For this reason, culture, exercise and recreational vouchers are not accepted as a form of payment at Linnanmäki.
Cashpoint (ATM) is situated at the main gate.
Some rides may have to be closed or pre-announced schedules changed because of the weather, technical problems or other exceptional situations. Tickets or wristbands will not be exchanged or redeemed.
