Wristbands

Wristbands are personal and non-transferable. Only an intact wristband worn on the wrist is valid. The wristband is activated on your first ride of the day and is then valid for that day only.

Ride tickets and wristbands can be purchased during the season at Linnanmäki’s ticket booths, kiosks, and cafés.Wristbands are also available in advance during the season from the Linnanmäki online store, and at selected S Group stores including Prisma, S-market, and Sokos.

Groups

Groups of more than 15 people can purchase discounted wristbands from our online store. We’re also happy to help you plan a custom package that includes other products – just contact us at myyntipalvelu@linnanmaki.fi.

Class trip

You can purchase class trip wristbands for groups of at least 15 people from our online store.

Payment Methods in the Amusement Park

Cash is accepted at all Linnanmäki service points.
You can also pay with debit and credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard, MasterCard, and American Express) at all locations within the park.
If you are using a chip card, payment requires entering your personal PIN code.

New at Linnanmäki: MobilePay!
You can now easily pay for snacks and purchases with MobilePay.
Just select “Pay” on the MobilePay app home screen, scan the QR code, approve the payment — and you’re ready to enjoy the rides and treats!

Culture, sports, and recreational payments

Tax legislation excludes amusement parks from the scope of culture, sports, and recreational payments. As a result, Linnanmäki unfortunately does not accept culture, sports, or recreational vouchers as a method of payment.

Informaton desk

The Info Desk is located in the ticket sales building, opposite Hotel Kyöpelinvuori.
The Info Desk can assist you with a variety of matters, including:
lost and found, announcements, missing persons, customer feedback forms, and train timetables. If you have any questions, the Info Desk is here to help!

Changes

Due to weather conditions, technical reasons, or other exceptional circumstances, some rides may be closed or programs may be subject to change.
Please note that purchased tickets and wristbands are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
