Principles of Register Protection
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe the principles by which Visum ensures the data protection of Taiga ride customers. Data security is maintained through the following measures: Linnanmäki staff at Shop Taiga verify that the person purchasing a photo or video is the same individual as the one appearing in the image or video. All purchased photos and videos are transferred to Visum’s cloud service, which is protected according to the highest data security standards.
All photos and videos that are not purchased are stored locally at Linnanmäki on Visum’s servers for 24 hours.These are then uploaded once a day to a secure online server, where they are retained for 30 days. Visum’s local servers are protected by firewalls and are not connected to the internet.
Please note: although photos and videos are stored for 24 hours locally, visitors must purchase their photo or video on the same day as their visit to the amusement park.
Right of Access
After the ride, registered individuals can view their photo and video at the store.
Right to Request Data Correction
Registered individuals have the right to request the deletion of their photo or video at the store, whereupon the material will be deleted immediately.
Later deletion requests must be submitted in writing to elina.jokela@linnanmaki.fi.
The request must include the date and time of the ride.
Automatic Data Deletion
Photos and videos are automatically deleted from the register after 30 days.
