First Aid On all amusement park days, there is a first aid available for any medical emergencies. First aid is located next to the Ukko ride, near the Control Room.
Information Information is located in the ticket sales building, across from Kyöpelinvuori Hotel. Information services include assistance with lost and found, announcements, customer feedback forms, train schedules, as well as hotel and event information in Helsinki.
Charging Points You can find phone charging points at Cafe Donitsi, at the Games Vault and in the cloakroom area of the Peacock Theater. The charging points works with lockable lockers, enabling you to enjoy your day while your phone charges. To lock the locker, you will need a remote-readable RFID card, such as a bank card, travel card, or library card.
For the Little Ones There are two childcare rooms within the amusement park area, equipped with diaper machines. The machines also provide wet wipes and snacks. The exact locations of the childcare rooms can be found on our guide map. The childcare rooms are equipped with changing tables, potties, microwaves, and nursing chairs. Breastfeeding is also possible within the amusement park area. Baby food can be warmed up in the childcare rooms or at Lintsiburger. Pouch smoothies for the little ones can be purchased at Shop Caramelli, Shop Rolle, and cafes. Generally, all Linnanmäki restaurants provide highchairs during meal times. Strollers can be lent for the duration of the visit in exchange for a deposit, and they are located near both entrance gates.
Smoke-Free and Alcohol All restaurants and indoor areas are smoke-free. Linnanmäki requests that smokers use designated smoking areas. Bringing your own alcoholic beverages onto the Linnanmäki’s area is not allowed.
ATM The ATM is located near the main entrance gate.
Changes Due to weather conditions, technical reasons, or other exceptional circumstances, some amusement park rides may be closed or the program may be modified. Purchased ride tickets and wristbands cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Storage of Belongins Storage lockers are located beneath Ukko ride. Lockers works with 0.50, 1, and 2 euro coins (2€ per opening). The locker sizes are following: height at the door 42 cm, width 27 cm, and depth 78 cm. Linnanmäki is not responsible for lost or damaged items within the area. Alcoholic beverages cannot be stored.
Lost and Found
Items lost after 16.8. will be stored at Linnanmäki until the end of the fun season 2023. Previously lost items have been delivered toSuomen Löytötavarapalvelu. Dogs Only service and guide dogs are allowed in the area.
Mailbox The mailbox is located next to Shop Rolle.
Safety Restrictions Please check the safety restrictions for rides before entering the amusement park. The safety restrictions are based on height limits set by ride manufacturers and approved by authorities. Safety bars may restrict access for larger persons. Customer height is checked before entering the ride.
Free Rides The following rides are free of charge: Kuuputin, Merirosvolaiva, Muksupuksu, Pienoiskaruselli, Pilotti, Rumpukaruselli and Vankkuripyörä. Free rides close two hours before the amusement park closes. On days with a five-hour opening, all free rides are open throughout the opening hours.
Guardians accompanying children on rides Please note that some rides may require a child to be accompanied by a guardian. The guardian must be at least 15 years old and have their own wristband or ride ticket when entering the ride. At Linnanmäki, there are five rides where a child under 100 cm tall and their guardian can access with a single wristband or with a single ride ticket. These rides are: Hepparata, Karuselli, Maisemajuna and Panoraama.
