4. Information processed in the register
The register contains the following information about Season Fun owners:
- first name
- last name
- year of birth
- photo
- email address
- identification information (password / username)
- Season Fun product activation date
- Season Fun, Season Fun eXtra, Season Area Fun and Trio Fun
- Product usage data (dates and times when a wristband or Area ticket was picked up at Season Fun)
5. Purpose of data processing
The data in the Season Fun customer register is processed as part of the customer relationship, taking into account the rights and obligations of the customer and LPS in the processing of personal data.
The data in the Season Fun customer register is used to manage the customer relationship in the following situations:
- Maintaining the data of the Season Fun holder.
- Providing information related to the Kausihupi application (for example, changes, exceptional situations, benefits).
- Investigating possible problem situations.
The data in the customer register is processed for LPS’s own statistical purposes, as well as for analyzing Season Fun operations. By knowing the product’s visitor profile in more detail, we can develop the product’s functionality and related service processes.
6. Regular data sources
The data sources are the information provided by the customer in the Kausihupi application, which the customer enters himself when downloading Kausihupi, and the verbal information received from the customer, which the customer gives to the staff at the Linnanmäki Service Point when picking up the bracelet.
7. Regular disclosure of data
The customer register data will not be disclosed to a third party, except at the customer’s written request or when required by Finnish authorities.
The data will never be disclosed to the EU or outside the European Economic Area.
8. Principles of register protection
The information security of the customer register is ensured by appropriate technical and administrative measures. The data is protected, for example, by a firewall, protection of physical equipment premises, access control, user rights and encryption techniques.
The personal data included in the Season Fun customer register is stored in an information system that is protected by user names and passwords. The information in the customer register is kept confidential and only the persons specifically designated for it can process the register data.
9. Right to review personal data
Anyone who has provided information to the register has the right to review the information about themselves and demand the correction of incorrect information. Personal data can be deleted from the register at the customer’s request.
To check what personal data has been collected about you in the register, log in to the service with your ID and password or contact the register’s contact person by email. We aim to respond to questions and feedback regarding the register within seven business days at the latest.
The service provider may have to delete information from the register as a result of monitoring if the customer misuses the service.
10. Data retention period
We store customer register data for one year after the Season Fun validity year, after which the customer’s data will be deleted from the customer register.
