Season Fun Rules

Terms of Use for Season Fun products

  • Season Fun products include Kausihupi (Season Fun), Kausihupi eXtra (Season Fun eXtra), Kausialuehupi (Season Area ticket) and Triohupi (Trio Fun).
  • Season Fun products are available exclusively as a mobile application (iOS and Android).
  • The personalized activation code required for Season Fun products can be purchased through Linnanmäki’s online store. It can also be purchased at Linnanmäki’s pick-up point during the amusement park’s opening hours. The Season Fun products activation code cannot be purchased from Linnanmäki’s partner presale points.
  • Season Fun products are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be given or transferred for use by another person.
  • Season Fun products are valid for one amusement park season, not for a full calendar year. The Season Area ticket is valid from April 30th to September 6th, 2026. The season’s opening days and hours can be found in the Linnanmäki website’s opening hours calendar.
  • The holder of a Season Fun product may receive communication related to the Kausihupi app at the email address provided during the validity period of the Season Fun product. These emails will contain only information related to the use of the app, such as updates to the app, changes/clarifications to the rules, or updates to the privacy policy. No marketing emails will be sent without separate consent.
  • The holder of a Season Fun procuct may receive promotional notifications through the app if Push Notifications are enabled in the app settings under “Allow Notifications”. Users can disable Push Notifications at any time by adjusting the app settings.
  • When downloading the Kausihupi app from the App Store or Google Play, users also agree to the respective app store’s terms and conditions.

Activation of Season Fun products

  • The Season Fun product holder must download the Kausihupi app from either the App Store or Google Play, depending on the phone model.
  • The holder must enter their personal information into the app (first name, last name, year of birth, email address, password, photo). Further information about the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy related to Kausihupi.
  • Please note: the personal data and photo entered into the app cannot be edited later by the user. Make sure to enter all information carefully. If you need to correct an error, please contact the system administrator (verkkokauppa@linnanmaki.fi).
  • Requests for photo changes must be processed in person at the Linnanmäki Pick-up Point during opening hours, with the Season Fun product holder present. A photograph must be attached to the Kausihupi app that allows for clear identification of the holder. Linnanmäki staff at the Service Point reserves the right to request a new photo if the holder cannot be properly identified from the submitted image. Staff can assist with uploading a new photo if needed.
  • The unique activation code for the Season Fun product can be found in the order receipt sent by email to the purchaser.
  • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to safeguard the activation code to ensure it does not unintentionally fall into the hands of third parties.

Using and terms of Season Fun and Season Fun eXtra

  • The holder of Season Fun is entitled to receive one wristband per amusement park day for their personal use from Linnanmäki’s Service / Information Point. The wristband cannot be transferred or given to another person. In addition, a holder of Season Fun eXtra receives two Oikopolku (Fast Track) tickets once per amusement park day, which can be used for either the Swingi or Taiga rides. The Fast Track tickets are intended for personal use only.
  • At the time of wristband collection, the holder must present their valid Season Fun in the app to a Service Point employee. The employee will activate the wristband for that day in the app and attach the wristband to the Season Fun holder’s wrist. When the wristband is attached, it is also activated for use on that specific day. With Season Fun, it is not possible to collect a wristband for future use or to give it to another person.
  • The wristband obtained with Kausihupi grants access to amusement rides, subject to height and safety restrictions. Other park services, Peacock Theatre performances, SEA LIFE, or other separately priced attractions are not included in Kausihupi.
  • The recommended age for Kausihupi users is 12 years. When purchasing Kausihupi, it is important to consider the height and safety requirements for Linnanmäki’s rides. Children under a certain height may require a guardian (aged 15 or older) to accompany them on some rides. Kausihupi can be purchased for children under 12, but it is recommended that a guardian accompany the child at the park.
  • The Kausihupi app must always be present when collecting a wristband. Lasten Päivän Säätiö (Children’s Day Foundation) is not obligated to provide a wristband without the app or to reimburse any costs that may arise if the Season Fun holder forgets the app.
  • If the phone’s battery is depleted upon arriving at the amusement park, visitors can ask the amusement park attendants (Hupimestarit) for directions to the nearest phone charging station.
  • If the Season Fun holder loses or replaces their phone, the Kausihupi app can be re-downloaded onto a new device. The holder can log in again using the username and password they created. The photo must be reinstalled onto the app at Linnanmäki’s Service Point.
  • The staff of Lasten Päivän Säätiö reserves the right to deactivate a customer’s Kausihupi app if it has been used in violation of the rules. In cases of misuse, Lasten Päivän Säätiö is not obligated to refund the price of Season Fun or any part of it.

Using Season Area ticket

  • The holder of Season Area ticket can enter the amusement park on any day it is open between April 30th and September 6th, 2026, by showing the Kausihupi app at the amusement park entrance. When entering the amusement park, the OR code in the app will be read and marked as used for the day.
  • The Kausihupi app must always be present when entering the amusement park with Season Area ticket. Lasten Päivän Säätiö (Children’s Day Foundation) is not obligated to grant entrance without the app or to reimburse any costs that may arise if the Season Fun holder forgets the app.
  • If the phone’s battery is depleted upon arriving at the amusement park, visitors can ask the amusement park attendants (Hupimestarit) for directions to the nearest phone charging station.
  • If the Season Area ticket holder loses or replaces their phone, the Kausihupi app can be re-downloaded onto a new device. The holder can log in again using the username and password they created. The photo must be reinstalled onto the app at Linnanmäki’s Service Point.
  • The staff of Lasten Päivän Säätiö reserves the right to deactivate a customer’s Kausihupi app if it has been used in violation of the rules. In cases of misuse, Lasten Päivän Säätiö is not obligated to refund the price of Season Area ticket or any part of it.

Using Trio Fun

  • The holder of Season Fun is entitled to receive three (3) wristbands for their personal use from Linnanmäki’s Service / Information Point. The wristband cannot be transferred or given to another person. The wristbands can be collected as follows:
    • Two (2) wristbands during the summer season from April 30th to September 6th, 2026.
    • One (1) wristband during iik!week Horror Festival or the Carnival of Light.
  • At the time of wristband collection, the holder must present their valid Trio Fun in the app to a Service Point employee. The employee will activate the wristband for that day in the app and attach the wristband to the Trio Fun holder’s wrist. When the wristband is attached, it is also activated for use on that specific day. With Trio Fun, it is not possible to collect a wristband for future use or to give it to another person.
  • The Kausihupi app must always be present when collecting a wristband. Lasten Päivän Säätiö (Children’s Day Foundation) is not obligated to provide a wristband without the app or to reimburse any costs that may arise if the Trio Fun holder forgets the app.
  • If the phone’s battery is depleted upon arriving at the amusement park, visitors can ask the amusement park attendants (Hupimestarit) for directions to the nearest phone charging station.
  • If the Trio Fun holder loses or replaces their phone, the Kausihupi app can be re-downloaded onto a new device. The holder can log in again using the username and password they created. The photo must be reinstalled onto the app at Linnanmäki’s Service Point.
  • The staff of Lasten Päivän Säätiö reserves the right to deactivate a customer’s Kausihupi app if it has been used in violation of the rules. In cases of misuse, Lasten Päivän Säätiö is not obligated to refund the price of Season Fun or any part of it.

Terms of Purchase

  • When a customer orders a Season Fun product from the online store, they must provide the requested information on the order form. This information will be stored in Linnanmäki’s online store customer register. Lasten Päivän Säätiö (Children’s Day Foundation) is responsible for the proper use and storage of this data.

Return Policy for Season Fun products

  • Unused products ordered from Linnanmäki’s online store have a 14-day return right, starting from the day the order is received by the customer. For returns, please contact: verkkokauppa@linnanmaki.fi.
  • Returns will be processed as soon as possible. After the return notification has been received, the return will be handled within 2–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the customer’s account within 30 days of the return.
  • Any other complaints or claims must also be made within 30 days of receiving the products. Responsibility for consumer claims regarding the products is limited to canceling the purchase and refunding the payment.
  • After the return period has expired, Lasten Päivän Säätiö (Children’s Day Foundation) will not buy back unused Season Fun products or exchange them for other products.

Kausihupi – Problem Situations

  • For any issues related to Season Fun products or Kausihupi app, you can contact us by email at verkkokauppa@linnanmaki.fi or by phone at 010 5722 200 (switchboard).
  • The switchboard operates during the amusement park season from 9:00 AM until the park closes. On public holidays and weekends, the switchboard operates according to the amusement park’s opening hours. Outside of the amusement park season, the switchboard is open from 9:00 AM to 3:45 PM.
