Summer work at Linnanmäki
The application for summer jobs as a fun master for the 2025 season has ended on February 2, 2025.
At Linnanmäki, we believe that our success is based on enthusiastic entertainers who offer customers unique experiences. We invest in the enjoyment of our entertainers at work, and Linnanmäki entertainers have particularly praised the strong team spirit and work community where everyone can be themselves.
Our summer jobs are diverse customer service roles where you can gain excellent customer service experience in a unique working environment. With comprehensive orientation and support from more experienced fun masters, we ensure that everyone has the opportunity to develop into a customer service master.
Over 750 amusement park workers are working in summer jobs at Linnanmäki. A wide range of jobs are available for the 2025 amusement park season, including equipment operators, game vendors, kiosk, café, restaurant workers, security guards, amusement park performers, and garden workers.
We value our entertainers and their expertise, so we want to keep them. Therefore, before recruiting new entertainers, we invite entertainers from the previous season to apply for the next season as well, which will give them the opportunity to change jobs and gain more work experience. There are also dozens of supervisors working in seasonal jobs at Linnanmäki, all of whom started their work as seasonal workers at Linnanmäki and have progressed to seasonal supervisor positions.
We offer diverse work opportunities for minors aged 16–17 in kiosks, cafes, restaurants, games and equipment.

Linnanmäki’s salary scale is based on the collective agreement for amusement, theme and adventure parks, which applies in employment relationships, but exceeds the level set by it.
Extras to be paid:
- evening work bonus after 6:00 PM (€1.41/hr)
- night work bonus from midnight to 6:00 AM (€2.39/hr)
- holiday compensation is 100% of the hourly wage and any bonuses on Sundays and public holidays
Work experience from outside the amusement park can be counted as a personal experience bonus that increases salary when entering the first amusement park season. The work experience must be of a reasonable amount and a total of 6 months from work tasks that reasonably correspond to the job for which the employee is hired. The employee must present a statement of the employment relationship and its duration approved by the employer (e.g. a work certificate).
Training provided before the start of the employment relationship is paid as training compensation of €8.22/hour.
