The purpose of this data protection policy is to describe the principles and practices that we observe at Visum to ensure the privacy protection, confidentiality of communication and legal protection of our customers. Visum uses the following security protocols.
1. The Staff at the Theme Park sell the videos and check that the person buying the video is the person riding the Coaster.
2. All photos and videos that are purchased by a customer are transferred to the Visum hosted cloud servers which are protected to the highest industry standards.
3. All videos and photos not sold are held on the Visum servers in the Theme Park (locally) and are uploaded to a secure and protected online server every 24 hours for 30 days storage. The Visum local server has all appropriate firewall protections and is not connected to the internet.
Data subjects see their photographs and videos in the shop after the ride.
Data subjects have the right to demand the erasure of their photographs and videos in the shop, in which case they will be erased immediately. Any subsequent requests, in writing, should be addressed to [email protected]. Each request must include the date and time of the ride.
Photographs and videos that are sold will be automatically removed from the register after 30 days.
